Vicki O'Neill Curry
Three Dog Pond Studio
Vicki O'Neill Curry began her career as an oil painter after having had the opportunity to raise a family and live in many interesting locations throughout the United States. After many moves, she is thankful to have settled in scenic Maine, sharing her time between Falmouth and Rangeley. The love, practice and talent once solely focused on portraiture, has since been incorporated into other areas close to the artist's heart, including landscapes and animals. Originally self-taught, Vicki now has over a decade in training and continues to benefit from the guidance of experienced mentors and peers in the field.
Vicki was awarded first place for the American Mothers Cultural Arts Competition for the state of New Hampshire, and then placed first nationally for her painting "Look Mom". She has been a member of the Manchester Arts Association, the Newburyport Art Association, and the Sharon Arts Center. Her work has been represented by a number of galleries throughout New Hampshire, Maine and Cape Cod and has been used commercially by companies such as Orvis.
